PC World Magazine made a list of the most offensive games of 2007.
A game about the Virginia Tech shootings is on that list, along with Manhunt 2 and… you guessed it. Resistance.
Also on the list (right after Resistance) is Scrabble, but I think Reisistance was waaay more offensive than scrabble.
In all reality, it’s a pretty shitty list. But since I’d been bringing up this Manchester Cathedral thing, I figured I’d drop it on here in lieu of some more substantial content.
As far as my Holidays, they have been going well so far, thank you.
Christmas in Sacramento was fun (though VERY VERY cold), now I’m looking forward to some time in Huntington Beach, (which will also likely be VERY VERY cold.)
Anyone do anything interesting for Christmas?
That’s a pretty strange list. “Lair” was listed as offensive because of the SixAxis controls.
I went to a funeral.
And I got some new socks! 😀
Pffft.
Cold.
Try forgetting to hang up exterior icicle lights and having your daughter wonder why. Then going outside during a week long -24C/-13F cold snap and doing it. Think Christmas Vacation meets March of the Penguins.
Although I also hung them around the trampoline so we could lie on it, up and out of the snow, and stare up at the stars at night.
Kind of a halo effect — which was cool. I’m going to make it a tradition…
Yeah, you win on the cold front. We Californians don’t really know what cold is.
If it dips down into the low 60s, we put on sweaters.
