I’ve been trying to follow along with Bob Ross, but in Photoshop. Here’s a series I did recently, with comments:
I did another drawing last month for my monthly Patreon surprise. This one was hard because it’s a full-body, it’s made of stone, and it’s wearing folded cloth.
I like how it came out.
Mr William Hartnell!!
I drew this last month as a surprise for my $3.00+ patrons on Patreon. Thank you all for your continued support =)
I’ve decided to try all the doctors in this style (and maybe try a do-over on the Eighth Doctor). So here’s Jon Pertwee, the Third Doctor in this black and white style I’ve been developing.
This time I learned a lot about drawing the shading lines on the face. In previous drawings I’d had the lines be mostly parallel, but in this one I tried putting them at angles. I think it really improved the three-dimensional-ness of the final result.
I couldn’t sleep, so I decided to draw some more. This time I’ve got the Eighth and Twelfth Doctors.
Paul McGann – The Eighth Doctor
Peter Capaldi – The 12th Doctor
Continuing my quest to learn how to draw via Doctor Who, I present Billie Piper as The Moment/Bad Wolf from Day of the Doctor.
I took a shot at the Tenth Doctor a while back and it didn’t work out well. This one worked out much better.
